Role Description The Assistant Stores and Purchase Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Lemon Tree Hotels in Tirupati. This position supports the end-to-end procurement and stores operations,



including sourcing goods and services, obtaining quotations, negotiating with vendors, and placing purchase orders in line with hotel standards and budgets. The role involves monitoring inventory levels, overseeing receipt and verification of deliveries, maintaining accurate stock records, and coordinating with departments to ensure timely availability of materials. The Assistant Manager will implement and follow purchasing and stores procedures, support audits and compliance requirements, and assist in maintaining cost control and quality benchmarks. Collaboration with the finance and operations teams, preparation of regular reports, and training stores staff on processes and systems are also key aspects of the role.
Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors effectively.
