Role Description The Sales Manager role at AKIKO GLOBAL SERVICES is a full time, on-site position based in Noida. The Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales activities, including managing a sales team, setting targets, and monitoring performance to achieve revenue and growth objectives. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, preparing proposals, and conducting meetings and presentations with prospective and existing customers.



The role also involves coordinating with internal stakeholders, analyzing market trends, and providing regular sales forecasts and reports. The Sales Manager is expected to lead by example, maintain high professional standards, and support the development and training of team members.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales management, business development, or account management, preferably in financial services or asset financing.
Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a sales team; experience in setting targets, performance monitoring, and providing constructive feedback.
Competence in market analysis, pipeline management, and use of CRM or sales tracking tools.
