Role Description The School Facility Solutions – Business Development Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram. This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with schools and educational institutions for facility solutions and property management services.



Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to design tailored solutions, tracking market trends in the education sector, and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers. The Business Development Manager will also monitor performance of signed accounts, provide regular sales forecasts and reports, and contribute to strategic planning to expand VISCO India’s presence in school facility solutions.
