Role Description The Senior Assembly Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Panaji, responsible for overseeing the assembly, installation, and coordination of physical and technical components required for campaigns and productions. This role manages end-to-end assembly operations, including planning workflows, allocating resources,



and coordinating cross-functional teams such as creative, production, and logistics to ensure timely, accurate execution. The Senior Assembly Manager monitors quality standards, troubleshoots issues on site, enforces safety and compliance procedures, and maintains documentation for all assembly activities. Daily responsibilities include supervising assembly staff, optimizing processes, liaising with vendors and partners, and reporting progress and risks to leadership. The role also contributes to continuous improvement efforts, helping refine assembly methodologies that support Set Narrative’s integrated communications strategy.
