Role Description The Branch Manager role at Ritco Logistics Limited is a full-time, on-site position for Rudrapur.
1. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, including scheduling and monitoring FTL and multimodal movements
2. This role includes managing branch staff, supervising vendor and resolving operational issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
3. The Branch Manager will track key performance metrics, prepare operational and financial reports, and implement process improvements aligned with company objectives.

4. The position also involves business development activities within the region, supporting client retention and new account acquisition in line with the organization’s growth plans.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree




Minimum 15 years of experience in Full Truck Load operations.
Strong vendor base in Rudrapur
Positive communication skills
Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills to effectively guide branch staff and promote a high-perfmance culture.
Proficiency with logistics technology platforms..
Prior r supeor supply chain operations.
Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, with flexibility to handle extended hours or weekend work as required by operational demands.
