Role Description The Influencer Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for identifying and onboarding relevant creators across categories and regions, managing influencer relationships, and coordinating campaigns from brief to execution. Daily tasks include researching potential influencers, negotiating collaborations, monitoring campaign performance, and ensuring deliverables align with brand objectives and timelines. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams on campaign strategy, content plans, event amplification, and PR alignment to maximize reach and engagement. The Influencer Marketing Executive will also prepare reports, analyze campaign metrics, and suggest data-backed optimizations to improve future initiatives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in influencer identification, outreach, and relationship management, with experience coordinating creator-led campaigns.
Candidates should possess skills in campaign planning, social media content coordination, and basic digital marketing,



including familiarity with major platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok/short video, etc.).
