CarBounty is a Gurgaon-based verified-buyer marketplace changing how India buys new cars. Instead of buyers running showroom to showroom collecting quotations, they tell us their exact car — and authorised dealers send complete private offers directly to them, at home. The buyer chooses the winning offer, and every car is independently inspected before delivery.
We are DPIIT-recognised, live in Gurgaon with authorised dealer partners across five major brands, and backed by a founding team that believes car buying should feel exciting — not exhausting.
We're now hiring our first in-house Marketing Executive to own day-to-day content and social presence as we scale.
The Role
You'll be the engine of CarBounty's daily content and social media operation — creating, editing, publishing and engaging across every platform where our buyers spend time. You'll work directly with the founder and alongside our production vendors,



which means your ideas ship within days, not quarters.
This is a role for someone who wants ownership early: your reels, your captions, and your community replies will be the brand's public voice in its most important growth phase.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation (40%)
Ideate and produce reels, carousels, stories and static posts for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn
Write captions and hooks in natural Hinglish — the way Gurgaon actually talks, not brand-speak
Adapt one idea across formats: a reel becomes a story, a carousel, a YouTube Short
Maintain a rolling 2-week content calendar aligned with campaigns and launches
Video Production & Editing (25%)
Shoot short-form video on phone/camera: product explainers, founder clips, dealer visits, event coverage
Edit end-to-end in CapCut / Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve — cuts, captions, music, hooks in the first 2 seconds
Turn around same-day edit
