Role Description
PashuVaani is looking for a Founder’s Office Associate to work closely with the Founder & CEO in Mumbai. This is a dynamic, hands-on role combining social media, content creation, research, personal branding, meetings, brainstorming, communication, and execution.
The associate will help manage the Founder’s professional social media presence, develop content ideas, research topics and trends, assist with creating posts, videos, presentations, and other content, and coordinate with the design and content team.
The role will also involve researching companies, investors, competitors,



and opportunities; preparing for meetings; attending selected meetings; managing follow-ups; supporting partnerships and events; and helping turn the Founder’s ideas into actionable projects.
This is an early-stage startup environment where priorities can change quickly. We are looking for someone who is curious, creative, organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support the Founder’s LinkedIn and other qualified social media platforms.
Research and develop content ideas, trends, topics, and stories.
Assist with writing posts, scripts, captions, articles, presentations, and other communication material.
Coordinate content creation, photography, videos, podcasts, and other Founder-led content.
Research businesses, markets, competitors, investors, partnerships, and opportunities.
Assist with meeting preparation, presentations, notes, follow-ups, and stakeholder communication.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and help convert ideas into execution.
Support PR, networking, partnerships, events, and business development
