Role Description The General Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth functioning of all departments. This includes managing sales and service activities, monitoring performance metrics, and driving operational efficiency. The General Manager will lead and develop teams, implement business plans, and ensure customer service standards are consistently met. The role also involves budgeting, cost control,



and coordination with senior leadership to achieve revenue and profitability targets. The General Manager will maintain compliance with company policies and local regulations while fostering a safe, inclusive, and high-performance workplace.
Qualifications
