Role Description The Senior Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruvallur. This role is responsible for managing key client relationships, understanding business needs, and ensuring successful adoption and ongoing use of Beta’s software products. Day-to-day tasks include leading account planning, coordinating product demonstrations, overseeing implementation follow-up,



and monitoring client satisfaction and retention. The Senior Account Manager will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and support teams to address client feedback, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. The role also involves preparing performance reports, forecasting account growth, and contributing to strategic initiatives that enhance overall customer experience and revenue.
Qualifications
