Role Description The Online Sales Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Nellore, responsible for driving customer acquisition and engagement through online channels. In this role, the individual will respond to inquiries, provide product and service information, and guide customers through the sales process. Day-to-day tasks include managing online leads, conducting virtual demonstrations or consultations, following up with prospects,



and maintaining accurate records in the sales system. The Online Sales Executive will collaborate with the marketing and support teams to optimize online campaigns, improve customer experience, and meet or exceed sales targets. The role also involves handling customer feedback, resolving basic service issues, and contributing to continuous improvements in online sales processes.
Qualifications
