Role Overview
The VRM will remotely manage and deepen relationships with strategic partners via digital channels (phone, email, video). You will drive business growth by aligning with partners, resolving their issues, and identifying new cross-selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Partner Management: Act as the primary remote contact to engage, support, and maintain robust relationships with mapped partners.
Business Growth: Collaborate with partners to cross-sell financial products/services and hit revenue targets.
Issue Resolution: Work with internal operational teams to quickly resolve partner queries and ensure smooth operations.

Requirements
Education: Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in Business, Communications, or related fields.
Experience: 2-5 years in partner management, virtual sales, or account management.
Skills: Exceptional English and Hindi communication; strong relationship-building and negotiation skills; proficiency in CRM tools.
