Role Description This is a full-time, in office Relationship Manager role based in Meerut. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customers,



building strong long-term relationships, and promoting Star Health’s insurance products to individuals, families, and corporate clients. Day-to-day tasks include meeting prospective and existing customers, understanding their insurance needs, explaining product features and benefits, and assisting with policy issuance, renewals, and endorsements. The role also involves coordinating with agents, branch teams, and support functions to ensure smooth onboarding, prompt claim assistance, and a positive customer experience. The Relationship Manager will track sales and service metrics, follow up on leads from multiple channels, participate in local marketing or customer engagement activities, and maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
