Job Title: B2 B Graphic Designer (Figma Experience is a must)

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced B2 B Graphic Designer to lead the design efforts for our business-to-business (B2 B) marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of hands-on experience working with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) and advanced proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to deliver high-quality design assets that effectively communicate our brand and drive engagement with our B2 B clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Leadership:

*Create visually compelling designs for B2 B marketing campaigns, including email templates, presentations, social media graphics, infographics, and landing pages.

*Lead the design strategy, ensuring consistency with the brand identity across all touchpoints.

2. UI/UX Design:





*Design and prototype user-friendly interfaces using Figma or Adobe XD for digital platforms like websites and web applications.

*Ensure designs are optimized for functionality, usability, and responsiveness.

3. Collaboration:

*Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand project goals and deliver creative solutions.

*Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

4. Content Creation:

*Design high-quality visual assets for presentations, case studies, e Books, whitepapers, and other B2 B collateral.

*Develop and maintain a library of templates and design elements for team-wide use.

5. Manage quality outputs within the stipulated timelines

Qualifications:

* Proven experience of 5 to 10 years in graphic design.

* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma) and other relevant design tools.

* A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning designs.
