Aditya School of Business Management (ASBM), Mumbai is looking for a dynamic, experienced and result-oriented Director of Admissions & Outreach to lead the institution’s overall student recruitment, admissions, outreach and channel partnership initiatives.

The role requires a senior professional who can take complete ownership of the admissions funnel and enrolment targets , while building sustainable student acquisition channels through colleges, education consultants, coaching institutes, channel partners, outreach programmes and other institutional networks.

The ideal candidate should combine admissions leadership, student engagement, business development and strong industry/institutional networking capabilities . Key Responsibilities Lead the overall admissions and student recruitment strategy for ASBM. Take ownership of annual admission and enrolment targets.



Manage the complete admissions funnel from lead generation, counselling and application to conversion and final enrolment . Lead, mentor and monitor the admissions and counselling team to achieve individual and institutional targets. Develop structured strategies for improving lead-to-application and application-to-admission conversion ratios . Build and manage a strong network of channel partners, education consultants, coaching institutes, career counsellors and referral partners . Establish relationships with undergraduate colleges, universities, HODs, faculty members and student communities for sustained outreach. Plan and execute college outreach programmes, seminars, webinars, career counselling sessions, education fairs and exhibitions.
