Role Summary




We are looking for a detail-oriented Treasury Operations Executive to support the treasury function by managing day-to-day operational activities related to borrowings, lender reporting, compliance, documentation, and MIS. The role will ensure timely execution of treasury transactions, accurate record keeping, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Borrowing Operations
Coordinate loan drawdowns, repayments, interest servicing, and rollover activities.
Maintain a tracker of all borrowings, repayment schedules, and key facility terms.
Coordinate with lenders, trustees, legal teams, and operations for timely execution of transactions.
Assist in onboarding new lenders and completion of documentation.
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain complete documentation for all borrowing facilities.
Track financial and non-financial covenants and ensure timely submission of compliance certificates.
Coordinate for CA certificates, trustee cert
