Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive to manage customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction, and support business growth through effective communication and customer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests professionally and promptly. Follow up with customers through calls, emails, Whats App, and other communication channels. Maintain accurate and updated customer information in the CRM system. Track customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, and sales opportunities. Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to resolve customer issues. Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve customer experience. Conduct regular follow-ups to increase customer retention and repeat business. Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer interactions, leads, conversions, and follow-ups.



Ensure timely communication with customers throughout the sales and service journey. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services. Achieve assigned customer engagement, retention, and conversion targets. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer relationship management, sales coordination, or customer service. Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel/Google Sheets. Positive follow-up and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks efficiently. Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach. Preferred Skills
