Role Overview

We are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to own outbound prospecting for Freshworks' product suite. You will identify, research, and engage target accounts across global markets (EMEA & APAC), working closely with Sales Managers and Account Executives to build a healthy, qualified pipeline.

Key Responsibilities Drive outbound prospecting across email, Linked In, and cold calling to generate qualified meetings/opportunities Research target accounts and buyer personas to craft personalized, relevant outreach Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)

Eligibility Criteria 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role (B2 B Saa S preferred) Solid verbal and written communication skills Hands-on experience with prospecting/sales engagement tools (, Instantly, Linked In Sales Navigator, or similar) Working knowledge of CRM tools Comfortable engaging with international prospects across EMEA, APAC.
