About the Role:
We are hiring an Outreach Intern to drive outreach for our EdTech platform. The role involves reaching out to students, institutions, and other relevant prospects over email and phone, and - importantly - following up on and converting inbound leads into confirmed registrations.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outreach via email and phone calls to students, colleges, coaching institutes, and relevant partner organizations.
Directly reach out to and engage students who are potential participants.
Build connections with organizations for potential partnerships, sponsorships, or promotion.
Build and maintain an outreach list/database of prospects and track outreach status.
Draft and send outreach and follow-up emails; maintain a skilled, consistent tone.
Handle and follow up on inbound leads - respond promptly and keep leads engaged.
Own the conversion/closing process for leads:



address queries, resolve objections, and guide prospects through to registration.
Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, and lead status in a shared tracker (Excel/CRM).
Coordinate with the Content Writer for content/promotional support around outreach campaigns.
Report daily/weekly outreach numbers and conversion updates to the reporting manager.

Requirements:
Comfortable making outbound calls and handling email communication confidently.
Good spoken and written English/Hindi communication skills.
Basic proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for tracking.
Self-driven, organized, and comfortable with follow-ups and target-driven work.
Prior experience in sales, calling, or outreach is a plus but not mandatory.

What Success Looks Like
Beyond just outreach volume, this role is measured on lead conversion - turning inquiries and inbound interest into confirmed sign-ups/partnerships.
