Senior Business Development Manager (BDM) – Solar

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Sales Target Achievement Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for solar products and solutions. Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, forecasting, and pipeline management.
2. Product Promotion & Market Development Promote the company’s complete solar product portfolio, including: Solar Structures PV Modules Inverters LT Panels Batteries ACDB/DCDB Boxes Complete EPC Solutions Residential Rooftop Solar Projects Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to enhance product visibility. Identify current market opportunities and emerging trends in the solar sector.
3. Business Development & Lead Generation Generate qualified leads through networking, industry events, channel partners, installers, and direct outreach. Build a strong pipeline of commercial, industrial, and residential solar projects. Develop strategic partnerships with distributors, EPC companies, consultants, and key stakeholders.

Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations. Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales and project lifecycle.
5. Proposal, Estimation & Technical Coordination Prepare proposals, quotations, cost estimations, and techno-commercial offers. Coordinate with engineering and project teams for system design, BOQ, and technical feasibility. Ensure compliance with industry standards, tender requirements, and customer specifications.
6. Project Coordination & Handover Oversee the smooth handover of confirmed orders to the project/EPC execution team. Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery and installation. Assist in resolving technical or commercial issues to prevent delays.
