Role Description The Location Head is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Pune Division, with a mix of on-site work and limited work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for overseeing branch operations, driving loan sales, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and mentoring the local sales team, monitoring performance against targets,



and implementing strategies to grow business volume and profitability. The Location Head will handle key client relationships, support partner engagement, and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. The role also involves regular reporting, market analysis, and collaboration with senior management to improve processes and customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a local sales team.
Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in financial services, lending, or banking.
Solid understanding of loan products, basic credit principles, and customer onboarding processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage partners, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Ability to analyze performance data, prepare reports, and make data-driven decision
