Basic Requirements

Candidate is expected to be able to work independently and as part of a team, being able to demonstrate an ability to develop other colleagues
Must have at least 2 full India Payroll implementation experience till go live and hyper care support
Ability to understand, analyze and solve both explicit and implicit requirements

Job Description-

Over all 4+ years of experience in oracle Cloud as Payroll functional preferably for India and US legislation.
Must have experience working on all phases of Project like Requirement gathering, CRP, SIT,UAT, Train the trainer sessions, Cutover, Production support etc
Involved in business process workshops and advised client on impacts of adopting Enhanced solutions of Cloud Payroll




Experience in integrating payroll with Absences and with costings to General Ledger and PPM modules
Must have solid track record of delivering Oracle HCM cloud Solutions including extensive experience in areas of business process analytics, requirement definition and Solution design.
Should have experience in building detailed functional specification documents, Test case preparations and Functional Testing
