Role Description The Operations Manager Study Abroad role is a full time, on-site position based at the Kochi center. The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day functioning of the Study Abroad division, including managing counseling workflows, coordinating application and admission processes, and ensuring timely communication with students, parents, and international partners. Responsibilities include supervising staff, setting operational priorities, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
