Role Description The Retail Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations at the Coimbatore location in an in office, full-time capacity. This role includes managing staff schedules, supervising sales associates, and ensuring efficient visual merchandising and inventory management. The manager will monitor sales performance, implement promotional activities, and enforce retail loss prevention procedures. They will also handle customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction and service. The role involves maintaining store standards,



preparing basic reports, and collaborating with regional management to achieve sales and performance targets.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on creating a positive in-store experience.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, guiding team members, and coordinating with management.
Candidates should possess hands-on Store Management skills, including staff supervision, inventory handling, and basic reporting.
Candidates should possess awareness of Retail Loss Prevention practices to minimize shrinkage and ensure compliance with company policies.
Relevant experience in retail store operations, preferably in footwear, apparel, or fashion sectors.
