Role Description This is a full-time, in office Student Counselor role based in Surat. The Student Counselor will guide prospective students through course and institution selection, application processes,



and documentation requirements for studying in New Zealand. Daily responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, explaining academic pathways and career outcomes, coordinating with education partners, and providing clear information about admission criteria, tests such as IELTS/PTE, and student visa procedures. The role involves responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, maintaining accurate student records, and following up to ensure timely completion of each step. The Student Counselor will collaborate with immigration advisers and education specialists, participate in events or seminars, and contribute to a positive, supportive experience for students and their families.
