Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Gurugram. In this role, the individual will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build a qualified sales pipeline, and support the expansion of Banyan Logistics USA’s client base. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target markets, generating and qualifying leads,



conducting sales calls and meetings, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms in coordination with internal stakeholders. The executive will maintain and grow key accounts, ensure a smooth handover to operations teams, and regularly track and report performance against business development targets. Collaboration with marketing, operations, and finance teams is expected to refine offerings, enhance customer experience, and contribute to long-term strategic growth.
Qualifications
Ability to drive New Business Development and Lead Generation activities, including prospecting, outreach, and pipeline management.
Strong foundational understanding of Business and commercial concepts relevant to logistics, transportation, and supply chain services.
