Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Kolkata.



The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating a sales team to achieve individual and branch-level sales targets for Bajaj Life’s insurance products. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, guiding consultants on product positioning, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and company standards. The role involves building and nurturing relationships with customers and distribution partners, conducting regular sales reviews, and organizing training and development initiatives for the team. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide market feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and customer experience.
