Role Description The On-Site Machining Head is a full-time, hybrid role based in Vadodara,



with a combination of on-site work at client locations and some work-from-home flexibility. The role oversees planning, execution, and supervision of on-site machining, pipe cold cutting and beveling, flange facing, and related in-situ operations, ensuring jobs are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating project requirements with clients, preparing work scopes and resource plans, guiding technical teams, and monitoring machine and tool utilization. The In office Machining Head will review technical drawings and site conditions, resolve operational issues, support equipment maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards. The role also includes mentoring team members, optimizing processes, and contributing to continuous improvement in service delivery and customer satisfaction.
