Role Description The Senior Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Sulur. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, property presentations, site visits, and negotiation through to closing. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their requirements,



and recommending suitable plots or villas that match their needs and investment goals. The Senior Sales Executive will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to follow up on inquiries, participate in promotional activities, and ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting of sales activities. The role also includes monitoring market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to help refine sales strategies and contribute to revenue growth.
Qualifications
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills, with proven experience in real estate or a related field.
Ability to build client relationships, provide consultative guidance, and deliver a high level of customer service.
Solid communication and presentation skills in English and local languages, with the capacity to explain property features clearly.
