Role Description This is a full-time,



in office Service Engineer role based in Jamshedpur. The Service Engineer will perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of CNC machine tools and related equipment at customer locations, ensuring reliable operation and minimal downtime. Daily activities include diagnosing technical issues, executing corrective and preventive maintenance, providing on-site technical support, and documenting service activities and reports in a clear and timely manner. The role involves close interaction with customers to understand issues, explain recommended solutions, and support safe operation of equipment, while coordinating with internal teams for spare parts, escalation of complex problems, and continuous improvement. The Service Engineer is expected to follow all safety and quality standards, contribute to customer training when needed, and uphold BFW’s commitment to high service reliability and customer satisfaction.
