Role Description The Regional Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangaluru, Karnataka. This position is responsible for driving revenue growth across assigned hotels and resorts, managing key accounts, and developing current business opportunities in the region (Karnataka/Tamil Nadu/Andhra Pradesh).



Day-to-day activities include building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and event planners, as well as presenting tailored sales proposals and negotiating contracts. The role involves analyzing market trends, preparing sales forecasts and reports, collaborating with marketing and operations teams to design promotional campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand representation. The Regional Sales Manager will also conduct regular travel agent/Corporate visits, monitor performance against targets, and provide guidance to local sales teams to achieve regional sales targets.

Qualifications

Strong sales and account management skills, including lead generation, client relationship building, and contract negotiation.
Must Know Language Preference is Kannada along with Tamil or Telugu will be an added advantage.
Open to travel to adjacent Cities/States on Monthly basis for procuring new travel agencies/corporates.
