Role Description The Collection Executive – International Collections will manage and monitor outstanding receivables from global clients, ensuring timely payment and adherence to credit terms. Day-to-day responsibilities include contacting international customers via phone, email, and other approved channels, negotiating payment arrangements, and maintaining accurate records of all collection activities. The role involves reviewing account status, identifying overdue invoices,



escalating complex cases when necessary, and coordinating with internal finance and operations teams to resolve billing or payment discrepancies. The Collection Executive will also prepare regular reports on collection performance and assist in improving collection processes and policies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Credit Control and Debt Collection skills, especially in an international or cross-border context.
Candidates should possess clear and skilled Communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with global clients.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret account data and identify collection risks or trends.
