Role Description As a Senior Travel Consultant, you will manage end-to-end travel arrangements for domestic and international clients, including flights, hotels, transfers, and holiday packages. You will provide tailored travel consulting, understand client preferences and budgets, and recommend suitable itineraries and alternatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling reservation requests, confirming bookings, resolving customer queries,



and coordinating with suppliers and service providers. You will maintain accurate records in booking systems, monitor changes or cancellations, and ensure timely communication and documentation. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring regular collaboration with the local team and ongoing interaction with clients.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management, with the ability to design and optimize itineraries for diverse client needs.
