Role Description The Associate Director of Sales is a full time, on-site role based at Bookmark Resorts in Sawai Madhopur. This role is responsible for leading sales initiatives, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth through targeted strategies for leisure, corporate, and group business. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing sales plans,



conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with travel partners, corporate clients, and event planners. The role involves overseeing sales operations, monitoring performance metrics, preparing reports, and collaborating closely with revenue, marketing, and front-office teams to optimize occupancy and rate strategies. The Associate Director of Sales will also coach and support the sales team, ensure high standards of customer service, and represent the resort at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
