Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR to support the HR team in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, documentation,



and administrative activities. This role will provide practical exposure to various aspects of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment and hiring activities, including sourcing candidates, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.
Support the onboarding and joining formalities of current employees.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
Assist with attendance, leave, and employee-related records.
Coordinate with employees regarding routine HR queries and requirements.
Support employee engagement activities, events, and internal communications.
Assist in preparing HR letters, reports, trackers, and other documentation.
Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR operations.
Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.

Pursuing or recently completed BBA/B.Com/BA/MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field.
