Role Description The Logistic & Operation Engineer is a full-time, in office role based in Chorasi, responsible for coordinating and optimizing material flow across plant operations and distribution channels.



This role involves planning and monitoring inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely movement of raw materials and finished goods, and maintaining accurate documentation and inventory records. The engineer collaborates with production, procurement, and warehousing teams to resolve bottlenecks, improve turnaround times, and support continuous improvement initiatives in logistics processes. Daily activities include analyzing operational data, troubleshooting logistics and system issues, liaising with internal stakeholders and service providers, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. The role also contributes to process standardization, supports implementation of digital and automation tools, and prepares reports for operational performance tracking.
