Roles & Responsibilities: HCM Functional Consultant

* Design, build and configure applications to meet the business process and
application requirements.
* Robust knowledge of Workday security framework, business process
configuration
* Experience with configuration and testing of Workday HCM modules
* Knowledge on Reports and Calculation fields - Security Configuration
* Responsible for client deliverables of low-medium complexity work along with
quality check, learning and understanding the client's requirements
* Understand Workday’s Implementation Methodology and use it for implementation
* Work directly with Onshore teams & integration consultants in defining the
approach, migration of configuration data into Workday
* Functional Consultant with relevant knowledge and experience of the
respective business processes for design and configuration
* Accountable for the development of test scenarios using Workday functional




knowledge in Core HCM

Must-Have Certifications

* Workday HCM Core

Experience & Background

* BE/ B. Tech / M Tech/ MBA/ MCA

* Candidate should have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in IT.

* Minimum of 1 year of current hands-on Workday HCM Area

Required Skills/Experience:

* Understands and ensure security and data privacy standards

* Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a
publication quality level

* Experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday HCM for global
rollouts

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle both
planned and unplanned responsibilities

* Ability to prioritize workload and execute tasks independently, providing
timely follow-up and resolution

* Highly self-motivated and detail oriented Strong problem solving,
troubleshooting and analytical skills
