Role Description Position will be responsible for driving business development and revenue generation across key markets in India. The role involves developing and managing corporate accounts, travel trade partners, MICE and group business, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening the hotel’s presence across major Indian markets.
The position requires extensive market coverage, regular client visits, sales calls, participation in trade shows and networking events,



and close coordination with the hotel’s revenue, reservations, marketing and operations teams.
Key focus areas:
Drive Pan-India room, MICE, banquet and F&B; revenue.
Develop new corporate, travel trade and institutional accounts.
Manage and grow key national accounts.
Build robust relationships with travel agents, DMCs, corporate and event organizers.
Conduct sales trips and client visits across major Indian cities.
Develop market-wise sales strategies and business plans.
Monitor competitor activity, market trends and business opportunities.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate revenue forecasts.
Ensure excellent client relationship management and repeat business.
