Role Overview: Chief of Staff and Business Operations





As Chief of Staff / Business Operations Manager in the Founder's Office, you will act as the Founder's right hand and execution engine across all portfolio businesses. This is a cross-functional business operations leadership role combining strategy and operations, talent acquisition and recruitment, business development, sales enablement, marketing operations, and performance management. You will work across multiple business verticals and drive a strong execution and accountability culture across teams.

Key Responsibilities
Partner directly with the Founder on company strategy, business planning, and execution
Own end-to-end hiring and recruitment across operations, sales, marketing, and delivery teams
Build recruitment funnels, source candidates, and scale talent acquisition processes
Execute sales operations including lead generation, cold outreach, CRM management, and sales pipeline tracking
Drive business development and global client
