Role Description The Regional Business Manager is a full-time,



in office role based in Guwahati, responsible for driving regional sales growth and strengthening market presence for Vision Diagnostic’s product portfolio. This role oversees regional sales operations, including planning, forecasting, and execution of sales strategies across academic institutions, research institutes, hospitals, diagnostic labs, and other key accounts. The Regional Business Manager will lead and mentor a regional sales team, manage distributor and channel relationships, and ensure timely support for customers and partners. Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting field visits, managing key customer relationships, monitoring competitive activity, and ensuring compliance with company policies and reporting requirements.
