- LTIP, PMS & Sales Incentives
- NRC / executive compensation governance
- Rewards & Recognition
- AOP / compensation planning
- People Analytics
The key requirement is practical execution. We are looking for someone who has designed, implemented, and managed these programmes on the ground, not just provided advisory inputs.
