BIM Coordinator - MEP | 7-9 Years

We are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator - MEP to join our growing BIM delivery team in Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating MEP BIM models, managing multidisciplinary coordination, resolving clashes, and ensuring accurate and timely project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
Review mechanical, electrical, and plumbing models for accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
Coordinate MEP services with architectural and structural disciplines.
Perform clash detection and coordinate the resolution of identified clashes using Navisworks.
Review BIM models, drawings, and project deliverables for quality and accuracy.
Lead coordination discussions and communicate technical issues with project teams.
Incorporate design changes and ensure models are updated accordingly.
Ensure BIM models follow project standards, workflows, and documentation requirements.
Monitor model progress and support timely project delivery.




Work closely with BIM Leads and Managers to resolve technical and coordination issues.

Requirements:

7–9 years of relevant BIM experience, preferably in MEP/building services projects.
Strong experience in MEP BIM coordination.
Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.
Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Hands-on experience with Navisworks and clash detection.
Ability to read and interpret MEP, architectural, and structural drawings.
Strong knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and coordination processes.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with multidisciplinary and international project teams.
Immediate joiners preferred.
