Role Description The Guest Service Associate – F&B; Service is a full time, on-site role based at Niraamaya Retreats in Trivandrum. This role is responsible for delivering attentive, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service across restaurants, lounges, and in-room dining, ensuring a seamless guest experience.



Daily responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, presenting menus, taking and processing orders, serving food and beverages, and handling guest queries or concerns in a professional manner. The role also involves maintaining hygienic and well-organized service areas, coordinating with kitchen and bar teams, processing billing accurately, and adhering to brand standards and safety protocols. The Guest Service Associate contributes to creating memorable dining experiences that reflect Niraamaya’s focus on wellness, authenticity, and personalized hospitality.

Qualifications
Strong guest-facing skills, including Guest Services and Guest Service experience in F&B; or hospitality environments.
Proven Customer Service abilities with a focus on responsiveness, courtesy, and problem-solving.
Knowledge of Reservations processes for restaurant bookings and table management (preferred).
