Skills:
Proven experience in travel operations, voucher redemption, or related fields.
Strong understanding of travel booking systems and procedures (Amadeus experience preferred).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
Knowledge of visa requirements and international travel regulations is an advantage.
Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
Verify the accuracy and completeness of travel itineraries and bookings over call with the traveller.




Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all travel products meet company standards and client expectations.
Check the availability of flight/hotel packages within the quoted budget and communicate options to clients.
Gather client feedback post-travel to identify areas for improvement.
Implement corrective actions to address any quality issues identified.
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email.
Provide detailed information on travel itineraries, bookings, and services.
Address and resolve any client concerns or issues in a timely manner.
Assist clients with changes, cancellations, and special requests.
Communicate with travel vendors (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.) to confirm bookings and services.
Negotiate and secure the best rates and terms with vendors.
Maintain updated records of vendor agreements and contracts.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services.
