Experience: 2+ years (Spices Industry preferred)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an energetic Marketing Executive with robust expertise in international documentation and client acquisition to expand our global trade footprint. You will be responsible for driving export sales, managing end-to-end export documentation, and representing the company at global trade exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities:

Global Business Development: Identify and acquire new international clients across target markets to achieve export sales targets.
Export Documentation: Prepare, review, and manage complete export-import paperwork (BL, Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, Bill of Exchange, etc.).
Trade Compliance & Logistics: Coordinate with shipping lines, CHA, and logistics partners; ensure strict adherence to Incoterms and international trade regulations.
Exhibitions & Events:



Travel to attend and represent the company at national and international trade shows, expos, and client meetings.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong communication with overseas buyers, negotiate pricing and terms, and ensure timely payment collection.

Requirements & Qualifications
2+ years of hands-on experience in international marketing, export sales, and export documentation.
Direct experience or strong knowledge in the Spices Industry (e.g., cumin, fennel, mustard, sesame) is highly preferred.
Solid grasp of Incoterms (FOB, CIF, CFR, etc.), LC (Letter of Credit) terms, and global shipping processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for global client negotiation.
Willingness and flexibility to travel domestically and internationally on short notice.
