As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for managing the business of an assigned territory, acquiring new academic institutions, retaining and growing existing customers, and developing robust channel partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Own the assigned territory and drive B2B/institutional customer acquisition.
Identify, prospect, and onboard new schools and academic institutions.
Pitch and present Infinity Learn and Wizklub programs to school management and key decision-makers.
Conduct product/program demonstrations,



including Coding and Robotics programs where applicable.
Build and maintain strong relationships with school leadership, teachers, and other stakeholders.
Retain existing partner schools and identify opportunities for upselling, upgrades, and business expansion.
Plan and execute marketing initiatives, workshops, demonstrations, and learner activation activities within the assigned territory.
Identify, develop, and manage channel partners who can generate leads or influence sales.
Coordinate with internal teams including Operations, Academic Delivery, and Marketing to ensure smooth program implementation at customer campuses.
Ensure timely collection of payments from schools and channel partners as per agreed terms.
Conduct regular customer visits and proactively address customer queries and concerns.
Capture customer feedback and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
