Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Service Engineer role based in Hyderabad. The Field Service Engineer will install, commission,



and calibrate laboratory and scientific equipment at customer locations, ensuring proper configuration and performance. The role involves performing routine and preventive maintenance, diagnosing technical issues, and carrying out repairs or coordinating with manufacturers for advanced support. The engineer will provide user training on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting, while documenting service activities, maintenance reports, and parts usage accurately. Day-to-day work includes traveling to customer sites, responding to service calls within agreed timelines, supporting sales and application teams with technical input, and maintaining strong, skilled relationships with customers to ensure high service quality and satisfaction.
