Job Description
Deal Secure Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is building DM Deals, a fintech platform for India's loan distribution ecosystem. We are currently preparing for our Proof of Concept (POC) stage and are looking for an experienced, hands-on Startup Operations Lead to work directly with the founding team.

This is not a conventional operations job where established systems and SOPs are already available. We need someone who can help us execute the POC, build processes while executing them, and take ownership of things that need to get done.

A major initial responsibility will be helping us create and manage the DM Deals Founding Member Council — a carefully selected group of experienced DSAs who will participate in the early POC, use the platform, provide structured feedback and help us understand what needs to be improved before wider market expansion.

What You Will Work On
You will work closely with the founders to:
• Help plan and execute the DM Deals POC.
• Identify, approach and coordinate with suitable DSAs for the POC.
• Help create and operationalise the Founding Member Council.




• Manage onboarding, activation and regular coordination with participating members.
• Build strong working relationships with DSAs and other ecosystem participants.
• Collect and organise structured feedback during the POC.
• Track participation, usage, operational issues and key POC metrics.
• Maintain MIS, trackers and weekly execution reports.
• Coordinate with founders, technology teams and external partners wherever required.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend practical solutions.
• Convert POC learnings into repeatable processes and SOPs for future scale.
• Take ownership of execution rather than waiting for detailed instructions at every stage.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone with preferably 5–15 years of skilled experience and meaningful exposure to one or more of the following:
