Role Description The Insurance Financial Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Howrah. The advisor will meet with clients to understand their financial goals and risk profile, and recommend suitable life insurance, health insurance, pension, and investment-linked products. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and onboarding new clients, maintaining relationships with existing policyholders,



and providing regular reviews of their financial and insurance portfolios. The role involves preparing proposals, explaining product features and benefits, processing applications, and coordinating with branch teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and servicing. The advisor will also stay updated on LIC’s product offerings, regulatory guidelines, and market trends to provide accurate, compliant advice.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to help clients build long-term, goal-based strategies.
