Role Description The Partner Success Manager is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Chennai Area, responsible for driving adoption, satisfaction, and growth across Xcitium’s partner ecosystem. This role focuses on managing day-to-day partner relationships,



serving as a primary point of contact, and ensuring partners are enabled to sell, deploy, and support Xcitium solutions effectively. Responsibilities include understanding partner business goals, coordinating onboarding and training, providing product and process guidance, and monitoring partner performance against agreed metrics. The Partner Success Manager will collaborate with sales, technical, and support teams to resolve partner issues, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and gather feedback to improve partner programs and offerings. Regular reporting, pipeline and forecast support, and participation in partner reviews, events, and enablement initiatives are also key aspects of this position.
